My Helmet Melted in the sun!

During the early part of August most of the east coast of the US saw temperatures in excess of 100 degrees F! Although many people do not ride in temperatures this high, since I have been riding every day while temperatures have slowly been increasing, I saw no reason to not ride during this hot spell. I was surprised to find that I had absolutely no difficulty with the hot temperatures. But unfortunately that was NOT the case with my helmet which began to melt in the hot sun!

I have been in touch with Adam at PTI Sports and was told that they will replace the helmet. I'll update this page with the results.
